BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES - JAPANESE
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers through managing day to day customer interactions
Requirements:
• At least 18 years old and above
• Applicants should be able to communicate and understand in Japanese and English
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, graveyard, holidays & weekends
• Good in giving clear and brief instructions
• College Degree/ Associate/ Vocational Certificate in a computer course is a plus but not required
• Candidates should have completed at least 2nd year College of any IT related course or should have completed 2 years of a Vocational Program
• Preferably possess necessary and updated work documents/permits as required by Philippine government
• Position is open for fresh graduates
